For those who love to ski or snow board and who are thinking about being married, why not combine your passions and have a wedding ceremony on the ski hill of your choice!
Ski Norquay wedding
Norquay is the closest ski area to Banff, and it offers the opportunity to purchase ski tickets by the hour, when getting married is more important than skiing or boarding. For those who like to sleep in, this is the easiest place to arrange a ski wedding and get back to the hot tub before dinner.

Ski Sunshine wedding
Sunshine has spectacular stunning high alpine terrain, with most of it above timberline. The distant landscape is dominated by Mt. Assiniboine (11,870 feet), known as the “Matterhorn of the Rockies”. Sunshine is famous for 100% natural snow, and a snow pack that lasts into the month of May. Our morning ski overview will give you a chance to pick your favourite location for a mid-day ceremony. It is more complex to arrange for non-skiers, but it can be done.

Ski Louise wedding
Perhaps the most stunning scenery of all of the ski areas. The background is dominated by Mt. Temple (11,630 feet), Victoria Glacier, a frozen Lake Louise, and in the foreground on the lake, the famous Chateau Lake Louise. If you have non-skiers in your group, this is the easiest place to arrange transport for walk-on guests. The Grizzly Express Gondola will carry everyone within walking / skiing / boarding distance of the Eagle Ridge wedding ceremony site. If everyone is skiing or boarding, you can choose your favourite location on our morning ski about.

Ski Nakiska wedding
Site of the ski events for the 1988 Winter Olympics. Only an hour from Calgary in the front ranges of the Rocky Mountains, Nakiska has the feel of a small friendly family ski hill. It is minutes away from the quiet alpine retreat of Kananaskis Village.
