"I'll marry you... anywhere" has been my motto for over a decade of performing wedding ceremonies in the Canadian Rockies, where Alberta law allows you to choose any location for your marriage ceremony.
The options are limitless! Banff and Lake Louise have world class hotels and restaurants which assure a luxurious wedding setting. More casual or adventurous couples can access spectacular locations by gondola lifts, ski lifts, helicopter, hiking trails, horse riding, or mountain climbing.
Using the basic civil wedding ceremony as a framework, special words, poems, prayers, or readings can be included to make your wedding ceremony more personal and meaningful. It's your celebration. My role is to guide you through it and make it official!
Before receiving my appointment as a Marriage Commissioner in 1995, I worked for 22 years as a National Parks Warden and was involved in wildlife management, mountain rescue and avalanche control. My wilderness skills sometimes come in handy for ceremonies in remote locations.
It is "your day" and I'll do it "your way" as much as possible. Marriage is a celebration of personal commitment between two persons. You can have fun sealing one of the most serious social contracts of your life.
